“BE A LIGHT” Introductory meditation and mindfulness course in London

12th March – 16th April, Every Monday

While the calming and relaxing benefits of meditation is known widely and many have experienced the pleasure, joy and profound inner peace from meditation, the ultimate goal of meditation is Awakening.

The science of meditation allows all to experience awareness, oneness and awakening through an intensive and continuous practice of meditation. Like any skill, meditation training requires consistency, commitment and knowledge.

Learn meditation through a stage-by-stage 6-week beginner-level course that covers these techniques and topics:
